Just get examined: Some patients haven't had their bottoms examined since before puberty. During annual check-ups, a patient can ask his or her doctor to check the development and anatomy of the anus and genitals, to be sure everything developed normally through puberty. So, first get examined... And the anatomy will almost always be normal. Then, one can ask or show the doctor what might have been the problem.
