What is pleurodiaphragmatic adhesion left means?

Scar Tissue: Adhesions are scar tissue. They can form after many different types of irritation. Commonly seen after surgery. I assume left is referring to your left side. Pleurodiaphragmatic explains the tissues involved. Pleuro or pleura is the lining of the lung or chest cavity. Diaphragmatic is the diaphragm. So you have scar tissue in your left chest between your diaphragm & your lung or chest wall.

Well: This is probably an x ray or ct finding that means that you have had m probably an inflammatory process and now the diaphragm and the pleura ( the tissue that covers the lungs are stuck together. This is probably no an active condition but sign of something in the past. Of course i assume that currently you have no symptoms and ur healthy.
