A member asked:

What is pneumonitis versus small pleurodiaphragmatic adhesion left?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It looks like you are asking about a radiologic report, it is important to discuss with the person that evaluated, you then you can have the contextual fact of what is being reported. Pneumonitis means inflamation of the pneumatic cells of the lungs and the pleurodiaphragmatic adhesion is scarring left as a result of inflammation. The radiologist was not certain what was seen.
