All do: Virtually any betablocker taken orally is either intrinsically long acting (like Nadolol and atenolol) or is available in an extended release form (like metoprolol 24 hr and Propranolol er).

Here's a few: Coreg (carvedilol) cr toprol xl (metoprolol succinate) atenolol and Nadolol are pretty long acting to begin with.
