You are not pregnant: Fingering can not make you pregnant unless there was semen involved. The more you worry the later your period can come sometimes. That is a funny way of your body reacting to your stress. The symptoms you are feeling (bloating, cramping and breasttenderness) are usually just pms symptoms! if your period has not come in a week just do a pregnancy test to reassure yourself.
