Weight loss goals: Your ideal body weight is calculated to be 130 lbs, but any amount of weight you loose will go a long way towards a healthier life and eventually weaning off of medication. Your goal should be to loose 1-2 lbs per week through a diet you can see yourself sticking to for a lifetime. Loosing weight is like running a marathon, it's going to take a long time and you really have to want it! good luck!
