What would my chances of getting diabetes be im 22 and from the immediate family only my grandad has it i weigh 143 ?

Pretty low...: There are some other factors that could put you at higher risk: being hispanic, african american or native american, having a high bmi, being a preterm baby, having depression or schizophrenia, or having a first degree relative (parent, sibling) w dm. If you have none of those things, your risk is pretty low. Just keep with good diet, aerobic exercise and maintain a healthy weight.
