Need evaluation: You need to be seen by your obgyn for testing of your hormones and possibly a pelvic ultrasound to determine the cause of the irregular cycles and abnormal bleeding. Keep track of the dates of bleeding and bring an history of your menstrual cycles before birth control (i assume hormonal) to help the doctor determine the cause.
