Hemorrhoids?: If you have blood on the tp when you wipe it is probably from hemorrhoids. It could be from a tear in the rectum if it is related to the stomach pain. You should get this checked out by the doctor if it continues.

Get examined for: Stomach irritation and urinary tract infection. Cut down or stop taking Ibuprofen which can contribute to your stomach discomfort. Take care!
