Yes, but poorly: Bone breaks vary as most other things in degree and also in location. (legs are not a precise area). But, for some, self healing might come close to being functional. To optimize recovery and minimize long term pain - medical attention is necessary. Seriously damaged bone may even be difficult to totally repair with extensive treatment. Seek medical attention as soon as possible.
