About a week: It will taper down over a week or so. If it itches, consider taking antihistamine.

Wasp stings swelling: Sting reactions can normally take several days to go down but should be improving by then. It may take a week or more to resolve completely. If it is worsening or not improving then you should have it looked at. You could have developed a local skin infection at the site of the sting.
