Healthy living: Being at a healthy weight, taking folic acid, exercise regularly, eating a healthy well balanced diet and getting at least 7 hours of sleep every night. I'm sure your doctor knows the type of myomectomy performed, and has advised you when safe to get pregnant. Good luck!
