Humph,: Any fever, shortness of breath? Does it hurt to take a deep breath? Does the pain radiate anywhere? Or has it moved? It could be a whole host of things. If the answer to all of these things are no than the most likely thing is probably a bad case of gastritis with an unusual presentation. If so trying zantac (ranitidine) at 300mg and maalox might help. If it continues try again to seek help.
