Chest pain since am. comes and goes in centre of chest . not excruciating but annoying. feel nausea when pain comes. pain 4/10.

Go to the ER: You have undiagnosed, suspicious chest discomfort - this may be of cardiac origin. You are of a coronary prone age group. Go immediately to the er. If it's nothing, no harm done. If it's your heart, it could save your life.
