Nerve blocks : Ilio inguinal nerve blocks can be effective if it is due to pain to related ioinguinal nerve . It is difficult to predict as to how long would pin relief last

Nerve blocks: I am not aware of such blocks. There are injections that can destroy the nerve completely or numb it for much shorter period of time.
