Either: It probably makes little to no difference. I suggest patients try every other day to give the male partner a day of abstinence. Its important to start a day or 2 before ovulation though.

Fertility. They say a man with low count should have sex every other day when TTC to re-boost their count. If a man has sex 2x in one day will it still rebuild enough for the every other day method to work or do you need more time inbetween than?
