Butt Enhancement : Fat transfer, or brazilian butt lift, involves harvesting fat from an unwanted area and then preparing it for transfer where it is injected into the buttocks as a living transplant. Often times for the best appearance it is necessary to have more than one session for this procedure. There is little discomfort with fat transfer and activities are allowed much faster than a buttock implant procedure.

Butt enhancements: Do work but much of it depends on your expectations and what technique is used to enhance your butt. Implants give much firmer lift and feel whereas fat grafting is softer and more jiggly. With fat, you avoid the potential problems with the implant and if you don't like it, liposuction will take care of it.
