Lit check: found zip: I did a literature check and weakness is not listed as one of adderall's side effects in any of the literature that i could find. Xanax (alprazolam) can certainly cause weakness. There are no drug drug interactions however between any of the three medications that you are currently taking. I suspect that it may have something to do with the xanax (alprazolam) or you feeling differently from the way that you did compared with another medication that you were on previously.. If it persists, then other medical causes of weakness will need to be ruled out.
