May be short lived: Your recent miscarriage, of course, plays a role in your caution about this pregnancy. Subchorionic bleeding can occur in pregnancies that progress to normal term gestation. Spotting may occur, since the bleeding is occurring just under the implantation site of the pregnancy. These can usually be followed closely with ultrasound. Watch out for cramping and bleeding.
