Unlikely: The only way you can pass out due to lack of circulation to the brain is to have severe blockages in both carotid/vertebral arteries - which is very unlikely at your age. However a carotid/vertebral doppler/ultrasound can rule that out. Your medications may also contribute to the symptoms.
