I might have accidentally od'd on benadryl (diphenhydramine) yesterday. i took around 325 mg. nothing really happened except i feel sick and dizzy. what should i do?

Nothing: This happened yesterday so you are fine. Read instructions and take appropriate dose. Many times an overdose just makes on sleepy.....If you took it on purpose, then tell your parents and get help.
