500cal/d: I believe you're asking what to eat to gain 500cal/d, right? In other words, you want to gain weight. Make sure you have plenty of basics eg fruits & veggies. Aim for 0.5-1g lean protein for 1 pound body weight (assuming healthy kidneys). Then add in extra calories to make up remainder. Remember to exercise (don't want to just get fat!). Talk to your nutritionist for details.
