Yes: Yes it is possible to have all of the symptoms that you describe. The question is what is the cause? It seems like you are working with a neurologist and have had the MRI and ANA tests. Those are all part of the work-up and are appropriate. The key is to keep working with your neurologist and give the information they ask for to help them try to figure this out. It is sometimes very difficult.
