Unclear: Abdominal pain is not very typical although you provided a lot of detai. Pain with bowel movements suggests intestinal contractions are the cause. Pain in right upper quadrant on other hand sound like liver or gallbladder. You need more history and examination, and testing to make sense of your pains. Need to see a doc for that one.
