Why do you take it?: It depends upon the diagnosis of why you are taking it and the dose. Klonopin (clonazepam) has a large dose range of effectiveness. Some people need only .5mg-1mg/day and others need much more for anxiety and panic and if used for seizures may need even higher doses in conjunction with another medication. You need to discuss why you are on it, the dose range of effectiveness for that diagnosis and the r vs b.
