Claudication: Claudication refers to the presents of cramping aching pain in your limbs, usually legs. This may be vascular as in peripheral artery disease (pad), of neurologic such as stenosis of your spine. Both usually are better if you sit after walking. Riding an upright bike will not usually bring on the symptoms of neuroclaudication but will still have the symptoms of vascular claudication if exercise.
