Tendonitis: Pain with any activity, by be related to pain from an inflamed tendon or tendonitis. Stretching, sometimes rest is needed to reduce the pain and inflammation. Oral medication to reduce inflammation, or injection with cortisone may be needed to stop more serious episodes. Check with your family doctor or an orthopedic surgeon to get an accurate diagnosis and treatment.
