Depends: Smoking pot is generally bad for the lungs - all smoke, regardless of the source, is bad for lungs. Mj has the same particulates and carcinogens as tobacco, just without nicotine or a filter, and is used less often. You could consider eating or drinking it if the medication is for your lungs. Other medicines also are affected by pot because pot revs up some of your liver's enzymes. Ask your doctor.
