Best for what: I think ultimately you will have to see if Consumers Reports or some other such publication reviews and ranks these products. I do not recommend them. Some of my colleagues think they may ultimately help some people quit smoking, but so far the evidence is in the opposite direction. People use them because they are thought to be safer, and ultimately smoke MORE, not less. Their safety is unknown.
