Depends: The way that chlamydia affects fertility it by damaging fallopian tube. It does not affect your ovaries and eggs. The infection likely caused some damage to the fallopian tubes if that damage is enough it may require ivf to become pregnant. So you may require fertility treatment but that is easily overcome to have a child. I see that every day and can diagnose and treat it easily.
