Why do i always get nauseous/dizzy in car rides..? could this be just anxiety or early signs of schizophenia?

Possibly anxious: I think anxiety could predispose to the easier experience of nausea during car trips. In theory, i suppose someone with schizophrenia who was particularly paranoid or anxious would also get sick a little easier during car rides although I am not aware of that being a recognized indication of a predisposition towards developing a thought disorder like schizophrenia.
