Remeron (mirtazapine): Not classically prescribed for anxiety, plus, depending on the dose, it can cause some sedation. Review with your doctor.

Probably job and med: Mirtazapine may not be the best medication for you. It can be associated with dizziness, nausea, and anxiety, despite its potential for benefit. Combine that with the stress at work, and you have symptoms. Talk to your doctor about an alternative medication to try.
