Consider: Finding a good therapist. Go out anywhere that will bring you in contact with other people. Talk to friends and family on the phone. Do things that make you laugh. Go on brisk walks or exercise at the gym. Even when you don't feel like doing these things, do them anyway, they will improve your mood and help you feel better.
