Not uncommon : We all develop concerns as we age and we are no longer able to do things we used to do. We are no longer as limber or strong, physical illnesses become more frequent. Sexual prowess may suffer, and things we took for granted like seeing, hearing, peeing, pooping, and remembering may seem cursed. You may feel you never reach your full potential, be able to afford everything you wanted, have concern. About partner and family. You may wonder if your bucket list will ever be complete. There, now don't you want to get into therapy to talk over some of these issues. Sometimes it's very important to be in therapy to have the support that we need when we are obsessing over things that we cannot change or struggling to find ways to change the things that we perhaps can. Please get into therapy and best wishes to you. Remember you are definitely not alone in this process called aging and it is a normal process.
