Keratosis pilaris?: Sounds more like keratosis pilaris, small hard plugs at the opening of every follicle. Commonly seen on backs of upper arms, sometimes cheeks, sometimes front of thighs. I usually recommend my patients try gentle cleanser such as dove or cetaphil, and apply eucerin plus lotion or amlactin at least twice daily. It takes a few months to clear. If that doesn't work, I use a prescription med.
