STD: It sounds like you have some sort of sexually transmitted disease, possibly gonorrhea. You and your boyfriend most definitely need to be seen by a doctor and treated. If either of you have had any other recent partners, they also need to be seen and treated. You should also consider using condoms to help prevent future stds.
