Irritation: If this is a change which i assume is the case, consider irritation as likely. The cause also depends on whether he is circumcised or not. Infections like candida, a common cause of diaper rash can do that. So can chemical irritation from urine or stool, or just contact from the diaper as direct irritation or allergy. If other signs exist get direction for treatment.If no problems, maybe can watch.
