Might having anxiety cause you to feel weaker during excercise workouts?

It can go either way: If you are anxious & pumped, it can propel you to perform at a higher level. However, more often, anxiety scatters your energy & focus in non-beneficial ways. Anxiety can lead to fatigue and sometimes to exhaustion.

Maybe: Untreated anxiety can certainly make you more tired & weaker, interfere with sleep & make excercising more difficult. If you are having a regular problem with this though you need to see someone to help gain control of the anxiety. Exercise generally will improve anxiety issues so there could also be something else going on and that should be evaluated as well.
