I have a burning pain right underneath my right shoulder blade, what could it be?

Sudden?: If you have sudden burning pain under your right shoulder, it could be related to nerve, bone, muscle, heart, skin, lung problems... Is there a rash? Do you have back pain? Could be shingles which needs anti-viral medications and management for the burning pain. Pain when you take a deep breath? Nausea? Palpitations? Shortness of breath? Possibly cardiac or lung. Update me!
