Depends: Depending on the timing, associations and severity of your abdominal pain it could range from very benign conditions to things that could be more worrisome. See your primary care provider and get to the bottom of your pain. Hopefully it is an easy fix! it could be pancreas, gallbladder, ulcers, food sensitivities just to name a few.
