How can you properly use a tampon?

Bring up knees: Most important is either bending over or laying on your back to insert a tampon. Most come with an applicator that makes placing it in the vagina easier so that the absorbent part of the tampon doesn't scrape against vagina tissue and make it irritated. Most tampons have diagrams in each package. I bet there's even a youtube video, though i haven't checked. Good luck!
