ManyThingsPerception: Complex even if objectively accurate & not just perception. Internal emotions (esp anger/rage, fear, avoidance, etc), ↓ed blood flow (tias/strokes), dementia by any of many possible mechanisms, ↓ed o2 or ↑ed co2, nutritional issues (e.g. Too low/high blood sugar, later more common; meds, drugs), many other intrinsic brain issues, well or poorly understood, etc. Also lookup amazon "time perception".
