No: With millions of cell phones used all over the world for so many years if this type of radiation was significantly harmful we would know by now.

No: There's no plausable mechanism, all the good studies show no relationship, and the big one had more tumors on the opposite side. This 'controversy' is kept alive by crooks and scientific illiterates. Unfortunately, the united nations has to appease these people, which is why its subsidiary, the world health organization, which does a lot of good work, has refused to declare the question settled.
