Is swiss cheese bad for your cholesterol?

Not in moderation: Low fat cheese is part of a healthy diet and can decrease the risk of osteoporosis, stroke and high blood pressure as well as migraines. Cheese can be high in fat and sodium so you should only eat 1-2 small portions per day.

Raises cholesterol: Cheese contains saturated fat which increases bad (ldl) cholesterol. I am not sure if there is anything specific to swiss cheese.
