Could someone explain to me what obsessive compulsive schizophrenia (schiz-ocd) is?

Ocd and scz: Typically these are separate disorders ocd and scz. However, there are some people who have scz who have more ocd like tendencies, whether obsessive or compulsive in nature. Currently there is not a category that blends the two. So dr's are likely to diagnose the scz as this diagnosis is more severe and commend on the obsessions and compulsions as secondary.
