Couple things...: This could be the start of osteoarthritis, stress fractures, or even carpal tunnel syndrome. Any of these things could cause problems when you lift weights. If you have pain and tingling in your hands, more likely carpal tunnel syndrome. If this continues, i would recommend xrays and physical exam. May need MRI or bone scan depending on findings.
