Pump regularly: Milk is produced based on demand. If she's only nursing on the weekends, then she's not going to make enough and will, in fact, start to dry up. She should be pumping on a regular schedule during the week to keep her supply up. This milk can also be stored and fed to the baby in bottles, which is better than formula in most cases.
