What do the experts think, should my loose skin ever go away?

Loose Skin: Loose skin or skin laxity most commonly develop after pregnancy and childbirth or after significant fluctuations in weight. Stretch marks are a sign of skin damage and poor skin tone or elasticity. Loose skin associated with stretch marks is unlikely to resolve without body contouring surgery.
