Sure: Could also be other things - but just in case, stay hydrated, and check a pregnancy test. If you are pregnant, you should schedule an appt for an eval, with an ob-gyn. If you're not pregnant, see your regular doctor or if you don't have one, you should establish care with an office you will follow up with. Other possibilities: low thyroid, heart problems, depression, others.
