No: Your tubal will have nothing to do with your period. Most women have been on some form of ocp, and have nicely controlled periods, including pain. Once you stop the meds, your period may or may not be painful. But, if you would have stopped the pills and didnt have the tubal, you would have still had the pains. Some women go back on the pill for pain management.
